I wouldn't say that the agency really worked for us the seller. Only thing did was list on MLS and put signs in the front and back of our lake home, not much for 6% commission. We had to remind our realtor who he was working for. We feel the firm cared more about the buyer. If we did it again we would of not used a local realtor.
